The challenge
Help BNPPF expand their activities beyond banking and join the electric-mobility trend.
Our role
Bundl initially explored the mobility space for BNPPF and eventually assisted in co-investing in Optimile. From there, we helped with concept development and market validation of new propositions, whilst identifying new horizons to scale in the mobility and electrification space.

Optimile develops all-in-one mobility solutions for companies and organisations to meet their daily travel needs and offer the ultimate mobility experience to their employees.
The results
A cloud-based mobility platform to help BNPPF’s expand into the electric mobility space.
Concept ideation
We came up with a series of concepts around charging infrastructure as a service, to cater to the charging needs that are created by the growing electrification. We started with 10 concepts and eventually scoped down to 3.
Concept validation
We validated the desirability of the 3 concepts by surveying 500 (potential) EV drivers and talking to 20+ facility and fleet professionals. (Did an internal feasibility check with Optimile hardware and software engineers. Ballpark exercise on viability.) We ended up recommending 2 strategic directions for Optimile to pursue.
