The first step is to define the scale of the program and the goals you want to achieve. This includes the challenges you want to tackle, your desired results, and the skills that should be included.
Your desired goals, skills, and requests are built into an engaging and tailored program tailored. Roles will be assigned to junior and senior-level profiles depending on their innovation experience e.g. participant, track lead, challenge owner, trainer, etc.
During a 4-to-12 week journey, participating teams will be guided through our business-building framework and solve real company challenges leveraging our library of tools and venture-building experience.
The program ends with a short employee evaluation that enables us to assess the skills learned and the progress made on each of the company tracks.
