Co-developed O.W.N from scratch, almost completely remotely; conceptualised new ventures, tested various propositions and branding with real customers, and built and launched a validated startup in the market.

Defined and developed Apollo, an annual intrapreneurship initiative within Telenet by providing added venture-building expertise to execute design sprints, validation exercises, and concept pitches.

Redefined customer journey and built an MVP with the goal to integrate into existing systems.

Performed venture audit reviewing features and propose new product extensions. The result was a high-fidelity prototype of the new Doccle, illustrating four new macro-features.

co-created VRTL from scratch together with Yondr. The process included everything from post-it to concept, developing a business case, validation, and launch. Bundl is also an investor in the startup.‍

Co-developed The Park from scratch, together with Telenet and 9.5 Ventures. From post-it to concept, developing a business case, hiring the team, and a full launch – within one year. We are on the board of advisors and assisting the scale-up phase.

Explored and defined BNP’s role in the mobility market by scouting and brokering their partnership with Optimile.

Worked closely with C-level management to build hsbcad 2.0. The process included: reshaping the commercial story and building a new website, automated marketing strategy, and the investor pitch. Ongoing business development support is being provided.

Explored different growth possibilities within the D2C business model to identify and take advantage of new and previously unidentified market opportunities.

Co-created Yondr from scratch and has had an active role in its development ever since. We are investors in the startup and follow-up through board meetings and occasional tracks.

Co-invested in the venture with Nestlé and spearheaded its global launch: currently leading validation, marketing, branding, and final product development.
