A D2C skincare brand that combines data science and skincare to serve the rising serum-based trend. The Routinely app provides personalised guidance based on changing lifestyles and skin needs.
Bundl co-developed Routinely from scratch, together with Beiersdorf and 9.5 Ventures. The process took about 18 months from concept to launch and involved supporting the founding team in close collaboration with multiple development partners.

Concept ideation and co-development

A growing number of customers want personalised solutions. We helped ideate and develop the ROUTINELY concept to help Beiersdorf and 9.5 Ventures fill that market gap.

Customer journey design and validation

We executed multiple validation experiments, including smoke testing and in-depth interviews to inform the customer journey, website development and branding elements.

Fuelling the algorithm

We executed research to fuel the algorithm that connects user needs with serum ingredients. It involved mapping all relevant and trackable data, locating and linking it to the skin needs and the eventually serums.
