Optimile develops all-in-one mobility solutions for companies and organisations to meet their daily travel needs and offer the ultimate mobility experience to their employees.
Bundl initially explored the mobility space for BNPPF and eventually assisted in co-investing in Optimile. From there, we helped with concept development and market validation of new propositions, while identifying new horizons to scale in the mobility and electrification space.

We have been working for several years with Bundl on different projects and ventures. We particularly appreciate their hands on and very structured approach.  Especially the investment Bundl has made to understand and adapt to ways of working of a large corporate. Over time our key contact persons at Bundl have become genuine sounding boards investing ever again to fully understand our projects. Pilot roadmap

Based on our validation track we proposed a pilot test run to assess customer interest, identify the right partners and fine-tune the business model. The pilot was divided into four phases that included preparation, set up, closed launch and next steps based on the learnings gathered.
