Job Description
We're on a mission to empower athletes at every level to conquer their limits and pursue new adventures by optimising how our bodies convert fuel into energy. Whether it’s a multi-day ultra event in The Alps or an early morning training ride, OLEUS is there to support the journey.As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on and driven operator to build our commercial engine. This is your chance to take a leading role in one of Europe’s most exciting nutrition startups.
As Head of Commercial & Operations, you’ll own the revenue and efficiency machine. From growing B2B partnerships to streamlining our supply chain, you’ll help turn strategy into execution — and execution into growth. You’ll work directly with the founders and own the commercial roadmap, performance, and operational foundations that make our business fly.
Challenge
Key Responsibilities.
- Grow and deepen our network of retailers throughout Europe and beyond by identifying, progressing and closing opportunities with niche retail stores, online retailers, and wholesalers
- Unlock and build our presence in key online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Redcare) in Europe and abroad
- Drive B2C conversion, retention and referrals with effective buyer journeys backed by robust and innovative CRM systems and touchpoints
- Improve B2B conversion and retention by building and optimising effective buyer journeys and CRM systems
- Reduce costs and improve efficiencies in our supply chain (e.g. co-manufacturers, fulfillment partners, other partners)
- Streamline and simplify our back office (e.g. inventory, logistics and bookkeeping systems)
- Track and optimise performance and ROI across all revenue-generating activities (e.g. events, paid media, affiliates, partnerships, social/email marketing)
- Oversee customer support processes, ensuring a world-class user experience

- Hungry and motivated to drive and oversee all revenue-generating activities
- A natural communicator and negotiator who builds authenticity and credibility
- Data-driven and excited by the idea of optimizing CACs, conversion funnels, and budgets
- Detail-oriented and fluent in spreadsheets, dashboards, and forecast models
- Adept at tools across the marketing stack, from Klaviyo, ReferralCandy to Shopify
- Comfortable with inventory and logistic management systems
- Fast learner, highly adaptable, and thrives in a high-autonomy environment
- Able to travel and work flexibly on weekends and early mornings to support athletes and other activation events
- Based in or near our early adopter hubs — The Alps, The Pyrenees, The Dolomites, The Ardennes, or Snowdonia — would be a big plus
