Sebastian Reichel

As the workplace experience manager, his role consists of improving the happiness, well-being, and growth of everyone working for or with Bundl. He manages the physical office environment, hosting company events and developing the company culture.

He loves making people happy and supporting them by unlocking their full potential. He is also currently developing a work culture framework that we are all eager to see at Bundl.

He has worked in the luxury hospitality industry for almost 10 years before deciding to change careers, by doing a master’s in entrepreneurship and innovation at Antwerp management school. His next step after graduation: he wants to combine his passion for people & service with an entrepreneurial environment and mindset.

Being a very sporty person. His passions lie in parkour, tango, soccer, beach volleyball, archery, skiing and any other sport that he gets the chance to try. Apart from that, he can be found gaming, reading books, or spending time in nature.

During his trial day with Bundl, he did a backflip. Need we say more?
