We’re looking for someone who can translate our unique internal and project needs into comprehensive job descriptions and assessment challenges.

This includes:

• Connecting with our various HUB leads and understanding their unique talent, expertise and skill needs.  
• Proactively integrating existing techniques and frameworks when assessing entrepreneurial and leadership skills in new candidates.  
• Turning needs and skill gaps into fun and inspiring assessment challenges.

Leverage the right tools and platforms to hunt for talent actively.

Finding and engaging the best entrepreneurial talent can be a time-consuming process. Our ideal candidate knows how to use “growth hacks” (supported by our internal team of growth marketers) to create an approach that balances a personalized touch and smart automation.

This part of the job includes:

• Translating job descriptions into clear, concrete and actionable “traits and filters” to be used across multiple platforms during active headhunts. 
• Working with our team of growth marketers to automate personalized communications during the early recruitment stages. 
• Managing the candidate funnel across all its different stages, including the pre-screening and screening stages. 

Take a data-driven approach to qualifying entrepreneurial skills.

• Ensuring all assessment questions and challenges give candidates the freedom to showcase their unique skills and competencies.
• Leveraging smart rating principles that enable us to objectively compare candidates and create comprehensive reports to share with interviewers during the final stages.
• Capturing and consolidating the ratings and feedback of all interviewers, including hiring managers. 

Act as a Bundl ambassador, inspiring new talent to join our ranks.

Our ideal candidate already has some experience in talent acquisition, with an added plus if that experience includes recruiting technical profiles.
