Challenge
Responsibilities you take with pride:
- Develop a pricing strategy for new and existing products
- Take charge of managing and controlling the European price corridor
- Champion country support for price increases and monitor price delivery variances
- Master the art of negotiation by reviewing and finalizing commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners (e.g. distributors or retailers)
- Be the go-to expert for other team members, providing guidance on pricing for large tenders
- Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring and analyzing market developments, gathering insights and data
- Develop & maintain dedicated tools for market intelligence (Excel, PowerBi, Business warehouse software)
- Build executive-level material and present clear financial impacts & trade-offs in front of management and suggest directions
- Drive consensus among project sponsors and support sales with required analyses and insights for successful execution of actions
- Keep a close eye on pricing and make necessary adjustments to assure profitability & market share for Ideal Standard products

Background
Your background and experience.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g economics, math. statistics or similar)
- 3 to 7 years of proven experience in a pricing role, preferably with experience as a consultant and in-house pricing specialist

Bundl's Recruitment Lead will screen the application survey and set up a 15-minute introduction call to get to know each other.
We will ask you to complete a Digital Challenge and test to demonstrate your hard skills. This will allow us to evaluate your ability to solve problems, think creatively, and use relevant tools.
First interviews
Prepare for interview.
You will have a 45-minute interview with Bundl's hiring lead.
This stage involves one or more interviews where we will delve deeper into specific competencies and assess whether there is a good fit between you and the role. We may cover topics such as pricing strategy, project management, and leadership skills, as well as provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about us.
