We will ask you to complete a Typeform and participate in an introductory interview. The Typeform will help us gather basic information about you, while the interview will give us an opportunity to assess your communication and interpersonal skills.
Bundl's Recruitment Lead will screen the application survey and set up a 15-minute introduction call to get to know each other.
We will ask you to complete a Digital Challenge and test to demonstrate your hard skills. This will allow us to evaluate your ability to solve problems, think creatively, and use relevant tools.
You will have a 45-minute interview with Bundl's hiring lead.
This stage involves one or more interviews where we will delve deeper into specific competencies and assess whether there is a good fit between you and the role. We may cover topics such as pricing strategy, project management, and leadership skills, as well as provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about us.
