• Prepare and manage the office budget.
• Categorize and redirect incoming mail and email.
• Oversee the usage and repairs of shared assets.
• Order office supplies (including food and drinks) and equipment across multiple locations.

Facility Management

Oversee Bundl’s physical assets to provide a better work environment.

• Maintain the comfort and quality of our Antwerp HQ.
• Manage and optimize the planning of the workshop location (Spark 9) and our very own Bundl apartment.
• Support current and new team members with their IT setup and tool access support.
• Ensure our offices adhere to high safety and comfort standards.
• Audit and review vendors (office and facility services) across different categories.

Project Concierge Services

Support our project teams in their efforts to make our client engagements even more memorable. This includes:

• Making sure our clients feel welcome and special wherever we invite them for physical engagements and workshops.
• Helping our project teams by printing posters and providing other visual aids to make workshops more impactful.
• Arranging transportation and accommodation in close collaboration with our project team members.

Team Celebration and Fun

Set up and manage team connection moments, both face-to-face and through fun and surprising remote connection moments. This includes:

• Organizing the most fun and vibrant team events, from small to full team.
• Celebrating team success and individual milestones with surprising and personalized activities and gifts.
• Taking end-to-end ownership to organize our Bundl HQ weeks, bringing all remote employees to one of our offices 2-3 times per year.
• Implementing tools and technology to measure event impact and team satisfaction.
