As our new CPO, your main challenge is to ramp up these existing frameworks in preparation for global scale. As such, you’ll be taking a lead role in the following areas:
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
- Take ownership of the entire product cycle, from early R&D to quality finished goods
- Design and build future product roadmaps and line-ups
- Optimise the quality and customer experience of our current product line-up
- Grow the body of scientific evidence/credibility to support branding and marketing
- Manage food safety and quality processes (e.g. certifications, authorisations, claims, etc.)
- Translating R&D efforts into actionable product insights
SUPPLY CHAIN AND OPERATIONS
- Set up and execute global operations and supply chains
- Ensuring efficiency, food safety, and profitability
- Managing inventory across locations and stock-keeping units (SKUs)
- Optimising cost and efficiency in different steps of the supply chain
- Managing customer support and returns
- Supplier management and procurement
CULTURE AND TALENT
- Build a unique company culture by finding and nurturing top talent
- Successfully scale Xtract to a team of 30 people in the next three years
- Actively building an inspiring company culture and boosting morale at critical moments
- Finding and hiring top talent aligned with a set growth plan
- Building a framework to measure personal and team impact
- Managing HR processes and tasks (e.g. contracts, payroll, review processes, etc.)
