Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team at XTRACT. As the COO, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring the overall success of the company. This position will primarily focus on leading and managing operations within the European market.
Challenge
Key Responsibilities.
Operational Excellence and Process Optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Oversee and optimize the supply chain management process to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
- Implement tools, technologies, and automation to drive process optimization and scalability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
International Business Development
- Lead the company's international expansion efforts, with a specific focus on the European market
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and drive growth
- Work closely with E-Tailers and distributors to diversify distribution channels and maximize market penetration
- Leverage market insights and trends to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Financial Management and Budgeting
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures as needed
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning
Team Leadership and Talent Development
- Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members
- Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and implement strategies for talent retention and growth
