Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished, results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our marketing operations and propel the growth of XTRACT. The CMO will be instrumental in our go-to-market strategy, DTC operations, e-commerce optimization, and global expansion, with a primary focus on the European market.
Challenge
Key Responsibilities.
Growth Strategy and DTC Expertise
- Orchestrate compelling acquisition and retention strategies to fuel customer growth and loyalty
- Manage and optimise our Shopify-based webstores and other marketplaces, driving sales and expanding reach
- Propel performance marketing initiatives for maximal ROI and leverage partnerships, influencer and affiliate marketing to fortify brand advocacy
- Enhance our brand image through strategic PR activities and targeted social media engagement
- Develop and implement rewarding loyalty programs to foster customer retention
International Business Development
- Steer our international expansion, with a special focus on the European market
- Establish partnerships with E-Tailers to diversify distribution channels
- Identify and form strategic alliances for broader market penetration
Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Supervise inside sales activities and champion effective customer support
- Manage the ERP system for operational efficiency
- Implement logistics strategies for efficient product delivery
- Deploy tools and automation to optimize operational processes
- Design and execute a tailored fulfillment strategy for the European market

- Robust operational and supply chain management skills
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for thriving in a dynamic startup environment and adapting to evolving business needs
